Solution Architect - OSS/BSS

Location : Gurgaon

Experience: 10+ (Including 5+ yrs of experience of Solution Architect)

Job Description:

- End to end knowledge of Telecom daily operation and business.

- Solution architecture designs for AMS CRs of BSS/OSS stack comprising of ESB,Billing (Kenan), OM/IM (Kenan), Credit and collections (CCMS), Mediation (Intec), CRM(Siebel), Activation DB, EDW/BI (Teradata), ODS, MIS, RA (Subex-Moneta), FMS (Nikira), Web self care, IDAM and ASCC (alternate self care), SMS gateway (Jataayu/BMG) systems as per the business requirements.

- Complete knowledge of MNP (functionality of NPG & MCHA),Auto Roaming,ICR,new activation process defined by TRAI

- Ensure low level integration designs (LLD) including, software configuration and customization.

- Specify and design a technical solution in consultation with the customer.

- Should be able to provide suggestions on architecture / process improvement.

- An ability to articulate the solution, challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers.

- Having E2E knowledge of mobile number Portability(MNP).

- Provide quick solution/ feedback to customer issues.
