Looking for a Solution Architect-(Mobility) for an IT major

The incumbent will :

- Be a single point Leader for technical solutions for Mobility in SMAC (Social, Mobility, Analytics & Cloud Services) .

- Drives key architecture and technology decisions in SMAC area. ( Mobility must and/or Analytics )

- Ensures in delivering Critical Need based solutions validated with alternate trade-off analysis.

- Demonstrate expertise in elicitation and negotiation of the product requirements with the customers and other project stake holders.

- Respond to stakeholder requirements from a requirements & technology standpoint and discuss concepts and solutions with them.

- Demonstrate good understanding of architecture across the business lines and how they interact. Should be able to provide key input in Technology stack evaluation and recommend Technology choices

- Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definitions to different logical subsystems.

- Should be able to effectively present information to diverse audience like Development teams, Executive management, customers and other stakeholders.

- Performs Detailed Architectural Risk Analysis, Architectural validation and risk mitigation action plans,

- Consulting with teams to establish direction with solution/design/architecture features and to evaluate impact.

- Develop best practices, guidelines and create reusable frameworks.

- Hands on with applying best practices related to cyber security, data security & data privacy policies.

- Should be able to bring creativity, innovation at work.

- Clearly Demonstrates Technology & Thought Leadership.

Essential Requirements :

- Must have overall 12+ years of IT Experience, Preferably 4-5 years in SMAC. ( Mobility & Analytics is MUST )

- Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in architecting/implementing complex Mobility Solutions in highly virtualized environments

- Must have handled at-least 2 large programs in Mobility Development & Deployment as an Enterprise System Architect involving various mobile/Cloud and integration technologies.

- Should have experience in defining architecture for mobility applications.

- Must have a strong understanding of mobile smart phone, tablet and such devices (including large screen platforms and devices) development platforms, including iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, Android, and Windows Mobile. Proficiency preferably in iOS and Android.

- Strong hands-on experiences in designing and coding (Java, C++/ C# ) and scripting languages, HTML5, CSS

- Experience with Cross-platform development frameworks.

- Good understanding and experience working with wireless carriers, cable operators, and/or media companies.

- Strong understanding of the mobility technology market, players, their offerings and trade-offs

- Must be proficient in authoring System/Product/Solution requirements from the stakeholders requirements.

- Must have experience in converting System Requirements to Architecture/Design concepts.

- Must be well versed with Architecture styles and patterns and trade off analysis using standard methodologies.

- Must have working experience in design for scalability, performance for mobility Services/Solutions.

- Must have worked in global/multi Location product development environment.

- Must be expert in distributed architectures, Web Services, SOAP, REST and integration technologies.

- Must have experience with mobile automation and unit testing frameworks, development eco systems for Development & Operations (DevOps).

- Strong background working in an Agile environment.

- Must have experience in Cyber Security needs/mitigation for Mobile Application Needs.

- Proficient in written and verbal communication.

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
