Solution Architect - Logistics Tech

Responsibilities:

- Understand business use cases and conduct thorough assessments of "as-is" processes, identifying potential areas of improvement.

- Design "to-be" processes for enhanced value delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Lead IT and BPR projects, demonstrating proficiency in converting business use cases into functional designs.

- Effectively communicate complex business problems to management in layman's terms.

- Convince customer business process owners, including CXO-level executives, about the value proposition of the designed solutions.

- Align customer and internal teams in the development and acceptance of proposed solutions.

- Define use cases and assess the business impact of technical choices.

- Perform value discovery during the pre-sales cycle and effort estimation for projects and change requests.

- Review development tickets in Jira and provide supervision and guidance to consultants and development teams.

- Ensure user acceptance of the solution designed and provide post-deployment support for process adoption.

- Measure the value realization post-deployment of projects.

- Take responsibility for consulting, requirement elicitation, solution design, solution quality, process audit, product implementation, training, value analysis, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise.

- Should have 7+ years of experience in big consulting firms and designed solution for large corporate houses in IT , Business Process Reengineering, logistics business processes, Supply Chain Management.

- Possess techno-functional expertise in ERP, IT systems, databases, IoT technologies, digitization, integration, data analysis, and business process re-engineering.

- Ability to convert business use cases into functional designs and understand systems architecture and integration touchpoints with ERP.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate
