We are looking for a Solution Architect who will come onboard and steer the ship towards many related services which will transform IT operations worldwide.

Attributes Of A Right Candidate:

- Prior experience in a financial service company is a must.

- Experience in areas of KYC, compliance, AML and Fintech space would be preferred

- Performed technological transformation of the business and complete revamping to cutting edge technology. In current role, has to lead change to transform the products & services from dot net framework to Java for developing highly scalable, reliable, agile and secure platform

- Prior experience in leading technology teams and deliver upon financial products on a tight schedule

- Devising the platform strategy while working with stakeholders from board, investors, and clients

- Experience in navigating teams, change their vision and steer them towards the new organizational vision

- Experience in change management

- Right-size the team and hire experience in hiring new team members in line with new organization

- Lead, scale and manage the technical organization to align with business objectives

- Provide tech-enabled services, such as gamification, SEO, SMM, automation and data science, to marketing, sales and customer support teams

- Identify and implement new technologies that position the Company with competitive advantage

- Ensure defensive security measures and readiness against vulnerabilities

- Conduct technological analyses and research, monitor KPIs and use these insights to inform technology performance

- Supervising a workforce of more than 50 across locations (India & Middle East) and vendor teams including multi-geography teams

- Build, develop and lead high-performing, empowered teams that deliver with velocity and quality

- Lead best practices among the team in development, code versioning, testing and deployment

- Proven competency in suggesting appropriate as well as technology-based solutions for enhancing functional efficiency of the organization and achieving business excellence

- Proficient in building strong, lasting relationships, at all levels; excellent communicator with aptitude for collaborating with internal & vendor executives, directors, and key stakeholders to identify business needs and to develop winning solutions

- Scheduling and coordinating projects to meet deadlines & expectations

- Define governance structure, service standards and guidelines as per best practices that serve as benchmarks for excellent service

Bring Your Leadership Skills & Technical Expertise:

- Self-starter and person with entrepreneurial mindset

- Degree from a premier institution, such as IIT, NIT, IIM BITS, etc.

- 15+ years' experience overseeing tech at a product-based startup

- Hands-on experience in application development using technologies like Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Micro-services, RESTful API and Cloud environment.

- Familiar with DevOps and software development tools such as JIRA, BitBucket, experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools.

- Understanding of Cloud service models & tools.

- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

- Strong Engineering discipline: knowing the limitations

- Knowledge of the landscape of tools is there a need to recreate the wheel?

- Project management: getting things done

- Full stack experience: Important for earning the respect of team members
