Solution Architect - IT

Experience/ Exposure

- Experience in Financial Services.

- Hands on experience for 5 years as a solution architect in Invesment banking services

- A detailed functional understanding of at least one area of investment banking to which the candidate has built solutions

- Proven track record of package integration programs.

- Experience leading architecture and design in a distributed agile environment.

- Relevant experience in senior IT delivery role and management of senior stakeholder relationship.

- Experience in preparing and presenting multiple solutions, pros and cons, applying various considerations on cost, timeliness, scalability, availability, performance and time-to-market and leading the decision making processes

- Experience in modelling tools like Visio, preparation of process flows, uml diagrams etc

- Hands on development experience in writing common services which can be used across the product sets

- Proven first class architecture skills with appropriate, but pragmatic, process management skills applied with rigor and structure.

- Demonstrated experience in leading a global team including retention of high performing team members and experience in performance management.

- An understanding of the software development life cycle and the waterfall and agile methodologies.
