Job Description-
a. independently create solutions or lead a team of solutions managers in creating solutions
b. take complete ownership of the sales pursuit life cycle including deal qualification, solution defense, due diligence, contract management and handover to transition
c. present capabilities to existing customers and prospects
d. represent company in industry forums
e. required to interact with Industry Analysts and represent the company
f. required to prepare business plans for the P&C Insurance vertical with focus on underwriting service for commercial segment
g. should be able to identify partners and alliances to make transformational solutions
h. should be able to groom and guide the team on solutions
i. should be conversant with the industry trends and provide timely inputs to management for effective business decisions
Mandatory Skills required
- Should have created BPO solutions in P&C Insurance across both claims and underwriting
- Good understanding of transformative levers to drive value on cost, Revenue and market leadership for carriers and Brokers
- Should have been involved in Insurance BPO in multiyear pursuits with TCV ranging from 35-70 Million
- Should be very conversant and created winning solutions in P&C Insurance vertical with focus on underwriting service for commercial segment
- Should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), good interpersonal skills, eye for details, numerical orientation, analytical
- Must have atleast 3 years- experience leading a team of solution or pre-sales analysts
- Must have worked on different pricing model and should have created them from grounds up
- Deep Understanding of key commercial terms associated with respective pricing models
