Solution Architect - Hybris

- Hybris Certification will be an added advantage

Key Responsibility:

- Owns the technical solution of assigned projects on Hybris Multi-channel Commerce platform

- Participates in developing internal architecture / product roadmap

- Channelizes feature request to the product group

- Actively participates in requirements analysis & design. Produces high quality requirement & High level design.

- Produces high quality Technical Design specification (low level design)

- Review the client deliverable to ensure correctness & completeness

- Performs effective peer reviews for solutions / designs

- Owns and tracks project tasks to closure

- Possess strong client communication capabilities and helps manage client expectations

Preferably Candidate should have:

- A minimum 3 years of solution design, architecture experience

- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Hybris Multi-channel Commerce development

- Should have worked on at least 2-3 end to end implementations of Hybris commerce projects as solution designer, architect.

- Drive to improve his / her knowledge in subject matter areas

- Maintains integrity (w.r.t project confidentiality) - does not share sensitive information that he / her might have become familiar with

- Communicates a clear task / project status both internally and externally, proactively identifies and addresses project risks and preventing them from turning into critical issues

- Proactively contributes to organization's knowledge repository

- Ability to groom developer technically to enhance productivity & skillset

- Committed to deliver high quality software system

- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)

- Strong functional knowledge of eCommerce domain

Technical Skills:

- Expert in Spring, Hibernate and other few J2EE technologies / frameworks

- Well proficient with Linux, Tomcat, and DBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)

- Strong understanding & hands on experience of SOA and Web Services frameworks

- Strong understanding of transactional and multi-threaded processes

- Good knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices

- Expert in data modelling and architecting a Hybris solution.

- Desired knowledge of webservices, XML, punchout.

- An understanding of how to integrate Hybris with a corporate back office fulfillment product like SAP and CMS systems

- Experience with web technologies, application servers, middleware, enterprise application integration, databases, security, performance and scalability

- Experience with hybris accelerators and Should have good experience in developing different hybris extensions

- Experience with unit testing framework such as jUnit/Testing

Preferred skills:

- Experience in hybris upgrades

- Experience working with Restful Web Services

- Understanding of application integration patterns

- Hybris certification is a plus.
