Solution Architect-HR(SAP)
Job Title: Solution Architect- HR
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 12 years of SAP consulting experience in SAP Human Resources with an end user and an IT organization.
- Fully aware of Personnel management, Organization Management, Learning Solutions, India Country Payroll, ESS and MSS, Performance management, e recruitment, CLC and Support/enhance ment packs
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Functions
- Maintain an "end to end" view of all solutions being developed on SAP Platform and assure the design and data integrity of those solutions
- Guide development teams in the use of industry accepted metrics to evaluate progress and productivity.
- Ability to drive towards a common IT application template for Large scale global operations across continents
- Engagement in customer requirement gathering, solution proposals, implementation, process review
- Ability to define roadmap for HR function within the framework of global template for Human Resources
- C Level presence is a must
Day to day functions
- Requirement gathering from the end customer/operations across geographies
- Ability to identify product gaps and development effort estimates
- Work with QA team , QE managers, Release management to co-ordinate delivery of update releases and discuss regression cycle timelines and master day
- Analyze business / system concerns
- Understand Requirements and develop high level solutions or define proof of concept
- Estimate work and plan and forecast resources
Leadership functions
- Encourage team members’ in creative input and sense of ownership by emphasizing their importance in the decision making process and soliciting their input at many stages
- Achieve high productivity by delegating responsibility, giving both context and re-assurance to team members to ensure their sense of autonomy
- Create a strong sense of team direction
- Mentor and guide team members understand the customer's solution landscape and business processes on SAP global landscape
- Train team on documentation of processes and scenarios
- Design technical specs for data conversion and LSMW /ABAP programs
Technical Skills (Primary and Secondary)
- SAP ERP, ECC6.00 with customization and large scale deployment experience
- Knowledge of FI/CO/MM/PP/QM/SD/FSV/DSD/WM/EP/HCM/Payroll/BW
- Working knowledge of Project Management tools(MSP/Primavera/Oracle)
