Solution Architect - eLearning

We have an urgent requirement for a Solution Architect for a leading E-learning client. Job requirements are as below:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from a reputed university; preferably followed by a Masters

- At least 10 years of experience in Instructional and Learning Experience Design

- Exposure to international clients (based in the US, UK, Europe); preferably with experience of interacting with clients onsite

- At least 5-6 years of experience in writing content for e-Learning / digital marketing / allied fields

- Professional development certificates in writing / design / business / allied subjects

Critical Competencies:

- Ability to interpret client requirements and design effective learning / performance enhancement solutions

- Excellent understanding of the educational technology space and the emerging trends within the industry

- Sound working knowledge of instructional and learning experience design models and their implication on solutions

- Good understanding of technology and its impact on the learning and performance enablement ecosystem

- Creative and innovative mindset to design out-of-the-box solutions that delight customers

- Ability to play a consultative role - both for customers and the internal Pre-sales team

- Great communication skills and willingness to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders

- Ability to work within stringent timelines

Key Deliverables :

- Innovative learning and performance enhancement solutions, based on sound pedagogical principles, user-centred design norms and emerging trends in technology

- Estimates for pricing solutions, based on internal benchmarks and industry norms

- Marketing and sales collateral, to support Pre-sales endeavour and customer presentations
