Solution Architect / Business Analyst (6-10 Yrs)
Primary responsibilities:
1. Act as an advocate for internal customers & stakeholders throughout all stages of a change management
2. Requirement gathering using DRG (Detailed Requirement Gathering) sessions to understand the Business requirements
3. Work with the Product manager to write effective user stories and ensure smooth and close communication and collaboration with the Tech Leads
4. Solution oriented team member to provide intact solution against each & every change requested by stakeholders according to the existing system architecture
5. Functional Specification document (FSD) preparation
6. Ensure delivery of products to roadmap according to defined standards with the help of Dev team
7. Contribute to roadmap creation process and planning
8. Own engineering processes to promote delivery of secure, reliable, robust software
9. Create processes and procedures to increase Dev team efficiency
10. Track and mitigate risk w.r.t. new enhancements
11. Ensuring smooth implementation of Risk frameworks & proprietary software
12. Troubleshooting and coordination skills to ensure resolution of issues
13. Flag potential issues
14. A keen planner, strategist & implementer with skills in managing technology development programs including technology/product conception and project definition & development activities
15. Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Methodology
Required Skills:
1. Must have experience in building applications and product solutions
2. Proven experience as a hands-on BA in the past, experience with API, Web/Micro services
3. Strong team player to drive excellence and passion in our team
4. Excellent relationship-building skills
5. Previous experience working with Loan Origination, Management, Collection systems
6. Exposure on the digital lending channels in BFSI sector
7. Experience in development & implementation of risk management products/ solutions/ systems (full SDLC)
8. Good understanding of Financial software systems
9. Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously
10. Familiarity with standard project management concepts, practices, and procedures, including experience with Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management
11. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and energetic environment.
