Solutions Architect/Bid Manager – Banking & Financial Services, Retail, Technology, Healthcare domain

- This is an opportunity to be part of an expanding architecture and consulting practice where you will be part of a thought-leadership team, to define solutions, select supporting tools, frameworks, processes and policies and standards that assist in architecture services specifically to customers in the Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Retail Industries.

- Document control for RFP responses & its associated documents and coordination on sourcing right inputs from multi tower, different delivery teams and third parties (vendors).

- Support the Lead Architect in the provision of a world-class Solutions Architecture service to Customers in the Banking & Financial Services (BFS), Healthcare, Retail & Technology industry.

- Present proposals/solutions to clients/prospects/internal stakeholders in a way that articulates value delivery

- Actively contribute in identifying, selecting and aligning the services of the group with supporting tools, frameworks, processes, policies and standards that assist in the commoditisation of the provision of Solutions Architecture Consulting services to BFS, Healthcare, Retail & Technology customers.

- Should have expertise in handling large Bids, proven expertise in successful completion of the Bid.

- Will be leading all the existing / New sales solutions, conceptualise and creation of Collaterals for Presentation and Solutions, Client presentation, Meetings Etc.

- Will work with the different domain's Solutions head for All MIS/reporting, Budgeting, All Senior Management presentations and discussions etc.

- Supporting the preparation of RFI / RFP responses/Business Proposals & Financial Projections for clients to demonstrate potential outsourcing benefits based on a right-shore approach.

Desired Profile :

- Minimum Work Experience required: 7-10 Yrs.

- Independently carry out industry research

- Experience in Retail, BFSI, Healthcare & Technology domain

- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Strong Stake Holder Management skills

- Candidate should be from BPO Industry only.
