Job Description

Implementation, customizations towards Product collaboration

1) Work with business & IT management to set strategic direction for future Agile deployments & enhancements.

2) Project manage deployment of new features and modules

3) Ensure business processes are followed when administering Agile

4) Develop functional and technical specifications and manage/QA Agile activities that are out-sourced

5) Work with DBA to ensure high availability of the application

6) Troubleshooting Application server (OAS / Weblogic) issues

7) Development & deployment of customizations as per the business need

8) Work with IT to debug and resolve all Agile system errors

9) Work with IT to deploy and test software updates of Agile system

10) Work with users to translate business process to Agile forms and workflows; optimize and automate

11) Manage user requests using the IT helpdesk system

12) Conduct Agile skills training classes for users and suppliers

13) Create and modify Agile user accounts and roles, Agile workflows and business forms

14) Work with business teams to validate configuration changes

Candidate Profile:

1) A minimum of 10 years experience as an Agile Business Analyst; preferably with an Agile with minimum of 4 years experience on PLM implementations for high tech company and/or manufacturing

2) Ability to guide future activities on additions or deployments of Agile

3) Balanced administration and business usage background on Oracle Agile PLM

4) Must be familiar with Application server administration (OAS & Weblogic)

5) Basic understanding of DBA activities on Oracle database

6) Good understanding of SDK APIs and Agile PLM architecture

7) Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Materials), basic configuration management concepts such as document & product hierarchy, part number systems, change orders, AMLs, and overall leading practices for engineering product record used in high tech environments, preferably semiconductor or electronics

8) Ability to create configurations, customizations and modify Agile including but not limited to:

- Class/Sub-Class administration

- Traditional PXs, script PXs & URL PXs

- Work flows

- Security: reusable criteria, privilege masks ,Roles
