Solution Architect

- Define all elements of the solution model in sufficient detail to accurately estimate the cost, effort, timeline and likelihood of success in delivering the contract with the value for both the client and company.

- Define the as-is model in sufficient detail for internal audiences to leverage consistent information about the client’s current delivery state

- Identify personnel, technology, process and offshore needs and opportunities to meet defined value objectives

- Estimate the resources needed over time to complete all work detailed in the solution (Transition, Solution Realisation, Ongoing Operation) throughout the life of the contract

- Determine the cost parameters of all elements of the solution (transition, solution realization, ongoing operations) throughout the life of the contract.

The successful applicant should possess the following capabilities or qualification:

- Experience as a team member, or as a team lead during the Sales Cycle of a large Application Management Outsourcing Opportunity

- Experience in one or more of the following operational areas:

- Service management responsibilities

- Process analysis and development

- Application development and/or maintenance, of packaged or custom systems
