Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to come up with detailed requirements/functional specifications.
- Identify the gaps in current solution with respect to customer requirements and come up with a business solution that can maximize business benefits to the customer.
- Work closely with our Engineering team and the Customer Business / IT teams to come up with a functional and technical solution tailor made to the customer needs.
- Solution Architecture experience will be preferred (package assessment, process mapping, future state architecture, assessment across applications, data, integration, business, infrastructure and security).
- Ability to interact extensively with clients to understand their requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Should have proven customer management and interaction skills, preferably in the context of large scale implementations.
- Lead development of solutions on an end to end basis.
- Lead onsite visits to client locations e.g., for requirements, UAT.
- Proactively learn enterprise mobility / field force use cases, workflows and technologies
- Build internal knowledge base / Enterprise mobility expertise e.g., white papers, Practice our Documents.
- Lead implementation teams and ensure team's output meets time and quality commitment.
- Collaborate with and mentor team members.
Skills & experience includes:
- Applicant should have 6-10 years of relevant industry experience with good academic background
- Applicant should have Knowledge of Web server (Apache), Application server (Tomcat/Weblogic/Jboss),
- Applicant should have Knowledge of Database(MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server), Web services, XML,
- Applicant should have Knowledge of Java/C#/C++, Linux, Mobile platforms (iOS/Android/Windows) with good experience / expertise in one of these areas.
