Job Description: Solution and Consulting Partner - TTLH Sector

Location: Guragon / Noida /WFO

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Solution and Consulting Partner to drive business growth and deliver value-driven solutions in the Travel, Transport, Logistics, and Hospitality (TTLH) sector. This role involves leading consulting-led sales efforts, shaping client solutions, managing pre-sales activities, and delivering high-impact proposals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the TTLH landscape, demonstrate consultative selling expertise, and foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution & Consulting Leadership:

- Design and deliver innovative, client-centric solutions that address business challenges in the TTLH sector.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and customize solutions aligned with client needs and industry trends.

- Provide thought leadership by advising clients on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and emerging technologies.

- Shape and articulate complex solutions through business cases, value propositions, and implementation roadmaps.

Sales & Business Growth:

- Drive consulting-led sales by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and leading client engagements.

- Own the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, including contract negotiations.

- Build and maintain C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships to identify new revenue opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives within the TTLH sector.

Pre-Sales & Proposal Management:

- Lead RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and customized proposal development.

- Translate client requirements into comprehensive solution frameworks and deliverables.

- Ensure high-quality, timely submissions of proposals and bid documents that align with client needs.

- Maintain and improve proposal assets, including case studies, solution templates, and client success stories.

Market & Industry Insights:

- Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapesr.

- Provide strategic insights to shape go-to-market strategies and identify new solution offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new service offerings and market propositions.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement:

- Partner with internal delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless solution execution.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape business strategy and market positioning.

- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Ideally BE and MBA from Primer Institution with 3 to 10 years of consulting and solution experience with software company.

- Expertise in Business case preparation

- Consultative Selling: Ability to drive outcome-based solution sales and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

- Solution Crafting: Expertise in designing and delivering tailored solutions in the TTLH domain.

- Client-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills to nurture trusted advisor relationships with clients.

- Pre-Sales Mastery: Experience in leading complex bid processes, from solution design to proposal delivery.

- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key internal and external stakeholders.

- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of TTLH operations, industry-specific technologies, and emerging trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience: 4-15 years of experience in consulting sales, solution development, and pre-sales in the TTLH sector or a related industry.

- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

- Track Record: Proven success in achieving sales targets, delivering large-scale proposals, and managing complex client relationships.

- Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), proposal management platforms, and Innovation in solution design and market differentiation.
