Solution Analyst
- Solution Analysts are driving and supervising the work performed by the Data Factory which provides services for application configuration and data modeling/upload automation.
- Solution Analysts also participate to the continuous development and improvement of Service Management team tools, processes and talents.
- Solution Analysts report to the Service Management team manager.
Key responsibilities & activities
- Advising and train CST’s on SL applications usage to support problem solving/engagement activities;
- Supporting Client data exploration and mapping to SL application data structure;
- Executing data collection, cleansing, transformation and upload activities during the engagement to support exploration and problem solving;
- Translating engagement needs into SL application configurations and authorization (feature/user/data rights) schemes;
- Planning and supervising execution of data collection, cleansing, transformation and upload activities by the Data Factory for engagements where data scope is too large for local/manual execution;
- Planning and supervising the rollout of SL applications beyond engagements, which can include: deployment of SL applications on Client infrastructure, automation of data upload/transformation activities, configure SL applications for use by additional Client organizational units, support of rollout activities to large user bases. Those are typically delivered by the Operations Centers;
- Supervising support services delivered to Clients after implementations are completed (support services are directly delivered by the Operations Centers).
- Strict compliance with agreed upon planning and workload estimation - any delay or overrun must be thoroughly managed with the Service Management team;
- Service delivery quality assurance for operation activities according to established and agreed-upon service levels.
- Strict management of operational risks and issues with Service Lines and CST’s.
DESIRED PROFILE
- At least 6-8 years of in the field of project management and/or consulting;
- Experience in managing and coordinating off-shore operations;
- Experience of business intelligence, analytics or benchmarking domains;
- Excellent project management skills (on time, within budget, according to scope, and with flexibility when required);
- IT savvy in the field of data manipulation (power user in Excel/Access, VBA/Macro writing abilities, etc.);
- Outstanding communication skills in English (other languages – especially Spanish for US – is a strong plus);
- Strong interpersonal skills (fast learner, assertiveness, etc.)
- Ability to act autonomously, bring structure and organization to work;
- Sound problem-solving skills;
- Creativity and action-oriented mindset;
