Responsibilities:

Market Exploration & Lead Generation:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify and assess potential clients and partners within the Web3 and GenAI sectors.

Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to expand our business network.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in Web3 and GenAI technologies.

Business Development & Partnership Building:

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client and partner companies.

Negotiate and close high-value deals that align with our strategic objectives.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract finalization.

Strategic Initiatives & Revenue Growth:

Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the Web3 and GenAI domains.

Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities within the Web3 and GenAI ecosystem.

Contribute to the company's overall growth goals by expanding our market reach and client base.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of Web3 concepts, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and the decentralized web.

Demonstrated knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their potential applications across various industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients and partners.

Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with the ability to secure high-value agreements
