Objective :
Reporting to the Executive Director, you shall be responsible for facilitating change and organizational effectiveness, as well as developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, for effective sourcing, recruiting, developing, rewarding and retaining talent, to meet the vision and goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities& Accountabilities :
Organization Development :
- Influencing and facilitating the process of organizational change and development, leading to improved organizational and individual performance
- Study and analyze the organization, their vision and ensure both are aligned
- Be able to lead and implement streamlining of all processes
- Facilitating and providing technical inputs to the process of change management in cooperation with senior management;
- Developing and managing measurement systems to track the adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
- Lead and execute an events calendar to ensure employee engagement in alignment with organization's vision
Recruitment and Induction/ Orientation :
- Planning and executing the recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements of the organization
- Constantly look for innovative techniques to fulfill our staff requirements with the best-fit candidate.
- Liaising with recruitment firms to avail quality recruitment services
- Facilitating the entire recruitment cycle, to ensure all measures are taken to choose the right candidate
- Completing pre and post recruitment formalities
- Designing and facilitating induction / orientation programs to ensure candidate is engaged into the organization from day 1
HR Policies and Systems :
- Reviewing HR Policies and practices to ensure they are in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework and in alignment with practices followed by progressive NGOs/ INGOs
- Implementing HR Policies across the organization's programs and Locations.
Performance Management Systems :
- Lead and implement a thorough performance management system that aligns with the organizations vision goals.
- Providing guidance to staff on performance management, including conducting periodical orientation to the process
- Managing the performance appraisal cycle, including setting up of objectives, mid-term review and final appraisal and ratings
- Facilitating and moderating outcomes, in required cases.
Compensation/Salary Management :
- Ensure that payroll and leave management is a 100% error free
- Ensure that biometric and ERP system are integrated to get the most out of both systems
- Tracking and maintaining the leave applications of the entire staff
Rewards Management :
- Reviewing and benchmarking staff salaries and benefits
- Managing salary, training and staff welfare budgets;
- Coordinating with the Finance Division at appropriate stages, for implementing salary scales
- Planning and implementing annual salary increments.
Training and Development; Legal Matters :
- Setting-up and conducting training need analyses
- Ensure training all kinds of training (soft skills, communication, technical) delivered in alignment with organizations vision and departments performance goals
- Preparing the training plan and training calendar for specific period
- Coordinating training workshops;
- Adhering to statutory compliances;
- Liaising with the Legal Advisor for statutory and legal issues relating to employment terms and conditions of staff;
- Keeping management updated with the latest statutory requirements, relating to the employment of staff.
Key Result Areas :
- Ensure 100% error free and timely Payroll, Time & Attendance every month
- Perfect execution of all engagement and training events planned for the year
- Ensure that the performance appraisal process is adopted by all the staff to help reach organization's goals

Qualification AND Experience :
Qualifications :
- Applicants must be Post Graduates in Human Resources Management, preferably MBAs with a specialization in Human Resources Management, from a reputed institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and the regulatory framework of the country
- Good knowledge of latest HR trends
- Good command over MS Word, Excel and Power-point.
