Title: Operations Head (Projects)
Objective: Successfully deliver projects by planning, coordinating & auditing all tasks and processes of consultants, contractors & internal departments.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
a) Plan: Define the scope of the project along with senior management and supplementary departments
- Set up a detailed budget and estimation exercise and approve it from senior management
- Make a detailed project schedule approved by senior management
- Make a detailed list and schedule of expected deliverables
b) Implement: Execute the project according to the project plan
- Staff the project
- Ensure all consultants are on board in time and are on the same page
- Ensure all project plans are being followed
- Ensure processes are being followed to document the project progress
- Coordinate with all supplementary departments to ensure no road blocks are encountered
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
c) Control: Monitor and track projects on time, cost quality
- Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis
- Ensure quality audits are implemented and and enforced while payment of vendors and contractors
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Key Result Areas:
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Qualification AND Experience:
Qualifications:
- Any graduation with an MBA from a reputed university
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in:
- Operations or project management
- Handling, coordinating with multiple departments
