Roles & Responsibilities

Execution of Project in Best possible way

- Timeline - Effective planning and Scheduling

- Cost - Optimization of Project Cost

- Contracts Administration

- Quality & Safety - Follow define quality standard & Training for site team

- Cost-Effective Design

Project Coordination :

- Develop and maintain healthy relations with internal and external customers/consultants

- Interdepartmental coordination with all departments

- Project review meeting with vendors and contractors

- Maintain one to one dialogues with all key stakeholders

- Management - meetings

Value Engineering :

- Value addition at concept and schematic dwg stage in terms of time, cost, technology, design, construction easement.

- Cost optimization of each stage of project

- New innovations & technologies for time & cost optimization.

Team Management :

- Define detailed resource requirement & Recruitment of required team members

- Ensure performance of all team members is documented

- Developing training Modules for your team, process leadership and training to all team members

- Attendance, Punctuality, General behavior etiquettes

Certification of Bills :

- Follow define bill certification flowchart

- Certification of bill as per work executed & GFC's. JMR should be done for add on works

- Follow standard norms for measurement finalization

Documentation and Report Preparation :

- All report Preparation

- All Document Maintenance
