Solinas - Product Owner

- As the Product Owner, you'll collaborate closely with Engineering teams to drive the development of cutting-edge technologies.

- Your primary responsibilities include understanding business needs in alignment with Product Management and translating them into epics and user stories to enable the team to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Close collaboration with all members of the cross-functional team, especially Engineering, is essential for success.

- The Product Owner plays a pivotal role in aligning business needs with product strategies, ensuring the creation of impactful solutions.

- This role significantly contributes to delivering tangible value to both internal stakeholders and end-users by guiding product development and enhancements effectively.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner within a Product based Clients or Company.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog based on business priorities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and align on goals.

- Good Decision Maker and problem-solving skill.

- Define and track KPIs to measure product success.

- Proactively identify and address risks and roadblocks.

- Drive product development using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery.

- Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.

- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
