Experience:
1. Should have experience in leading a large multi-layered team (for your reference, our org will be something like 2-3 ZOHs, 8-12 SOHs, 30 COMs and 300+ Service Heroes in the next 3 years)
2. Should have dealt with field teams in the past so that their challenges can be understood
3. Should have 4+ years of experience (in a D2C/B2C start up is a big plus)
Leadership qualities:
1. Should be able to invest in the team to aid growth of team members
2. Should be articulate to bring out the problem statements clearly
3. Should be able to communicate (2-way) with the team and senior leadership too
4. Should be able to give and receive feedback from juniors and seniors.
5. Should be able to collaborate with other leaders and teams- Product, Ops, Sales, Marketing.
Skills:
1. Should be very good with Excel/ GSheet and decently good with PowerPoint
2. Written skills be decently good
3. Should have foresight to plan for long term (1 -3 years) and work towards it
