Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires a strong ability to source, assess, and onboard top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, etc.) to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and high-volume roles.
2. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Represent SolarSquare as a brand ambassador in hiring drives, job fairs, and networking events.
- Work on employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and employee testimonials.
3. Screening & Assessment
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
- Coordinate technical and functional assessments with relevant teams.
- Ensure smooth interview scheduling and feedback collection.
4. Offer & Onboarding
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to structure competitive offers.
- Ensure timely offer rollouts and maintain communication with selected candidates.
- Work closely with HR operations to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Provide insights and reports to improve hiring processes and decision-making.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
