Funnel Excellence Head and Consumer Insights

Funnel Optimization & Revenue Enablement across Marketing, Pre-sales and Sales:

- Own and drive funnel conversion improvements from top to bottom of the funnel, ensuring optimal performance across all customer touchpoints.

- Identify gaps in execution across marketing and sales and collaborate with stakeholders to bridge target vs. achievement gaps.

- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies that enhance lead-to-HOTO (handover-to-operation) conversion.

- Control loss rate (orders lost to competition) by identifying leakage points and implementing corrective actions.

- Work across offline sales, inside sales, and digital marketing teams to create seamless customer journeys and conversion pathways.

Cross-Functional Program Execution:

- Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives by working closely with marketing, sales, pre-sales, operations, and product teams.

- Ensure structured execution of sales and marketing programs across different clusters and channels.

- Align stakeholders across functions and ensure seamless coordination between inside sales, field sales, digital marketing, and pre-sales teams.

- Bring method to madness-survive in an unstructured environment, thrive in chaos, and create scalable processes to drive efficiency and impact.

Marketing & Digital Lead Generation Excellence:

- Plan exhaustive sales and marketing strategies for all channels and clusters to meet revenue AOP targets.

- Drive excellence in digital marketing and lead generation by creating systems to optimize campaigns, improving lead quality, and enhancing audience targeting.

- Continuously benchmark against best practices in consumer internet and product-led companies, applying relevant growth tactics to SolarSquare.

- Integrate offline and online customer acquisition strategies to ensure a seamless transition across different marketing and sales channels.

Consumer Insights & Customer Behavior Analysis:

- Lead customer research, focus groups, and interviews to gain deep insights into customer pain points and behaviors.

- Develop insight-backed strategic programs and initiatives to improve marketing and sales funnel performance.

- Ensure customer insights drive data-backed decision-making across marketing and sales teams.

Innovation & Customer Engagement:

- Conceptualize and implement innovative consumer engagement initiatives to drive brand trust, conversions, and loyalty.

- Explore and adopt best practices from high-growth consumer internet and product companies to enhance our consumer journey.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless and high-conversion journey
