KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - You will follow the SOIL Business Development process to build a pipeline of new clients - You will build long term and meaningful partnerships with customers by being sensitive to their needs - Mine the existing clients of Grow Talent & SOIL to develop new business, writing & presenting winning proposals - You will follow SOIL's unique methodologies for assessing learning needs, learning design and pedagogy and evaluating learning outcomes - Work with project team members, support delivery on time and manage client relationships at all levels to enable excellence in client satisfaction - Strategize and work with the team to bring innovative and relevant programs to the market and build SOIL's thought leadership in key areas - Communicate and showcase to corporate decision makers the value of SOIL's Executive Education offerings - Develop strong partnerships and long-term relationships with Academicians and Industry thought leaders KEY SKILLS - Networking - Influencing and selling - Learning needs assessment - Instructional Design - Impactful communication - Team Player IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE - MBA/ Masters from an Institute of repute - 2-3 years- experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or partner management ideally within a world class management Education Institute. - Demonstrated experience in Business Development, strategic partnerships and client engagement - Exceptional written and Oral communication skills and ability to have high impact on a range of audiences
