Roles & Responsibilities :

- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts.

- Understand their objectives and provide personalized solutions.

- Become an expert in products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and capabilities.

- Proactively educate customers on best practices, tips, and tricks to maximize their use of our products.

- Act as a liaison between customers and our technical support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.

- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.

- Monitor customer subscription renewals and work to ensure a high renewal rate.

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.

- Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates f through case studies, testimonials, and referrals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Technical aptitude and ability to learn and explain complex products.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

- Passion for customer satisfaction and success.
