Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of the technical roadmap for our SaaS platform, aligning it with our business goals.

- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including sprint planning, bug tracking, and impact analysis.

- Ensure the smooth integration of payment gateways and APIs into our platform.

- Champion a full-stack development culture, fostering collaboration between front-end and back-end engineers.

- Implement and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.

- Design and manage scalable and fault-tolerant architectures, including load balancing solutions.

- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Identify and implement best practices for code quality, security, and documentation.

- Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure technical alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science/ IT

- 10-12 years of relevant industry experience

- 3-5 years of experience with mongodb, Reactjs, Nodejs

- 5+ years of experience in web development & leading a team HTML/CSS,JavaScript,jQuery

- Knowledge in AWS Setup is must as all projects are deployed in AWS Server

- Follow Agile process and create complete project scope and Sprint and distribute with the team, do daily stand-up and update status to stakeholders.
