Responsibilities :
Service Leadership :
- Help develop strategy and implement campaigns as needed to generate sales opportunities in new or untapped markets as requested by PDI and SDI Global Leadership Teams
- Source new sales opportunities through research of existing accounts, identify key players and develop prospects using online directories, trade and professional association membership lists, social media and other public records
- Maintain product/service knowledge by attending respective trainings as needed while also keeping current on competitors
- Forwards prospects, leads and all activities associated with lead generation, qualification and nurturing process to the respective subsidiaries
- Identify a database system to follow up in a structured approach on the leads and opportunities
- Coordinate qualified opportunities with appropriate subsidiaries for further development and closure
- Provide monthly report consistently and on time
- Responsible to achieve minimum required qualified leads/opportunities each month
Team Leadership :

- Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues

- Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to provide effective care provision
- Maintain overview of daily records, incident logs & shift planners
- Monitor all key worker records & support individual key workers to develop positive working relationships with clients
- Keep the management team informed of accomplishments & ongoing issues, participate in achieving resolutions to identified issues
Experience Required :
- Minimum 5 + yes of experience required
- Two to five years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports
- Four years or more of practical work experience in portal/tool development with appropriate proof of success in an equivalent role
- Must be an exceptional listener with excellent time management, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Must be self-motivated and competitive, but also a team player.
- Good problem-solving skills and a high level of integrity are also essential.
- Requires the ability to use a variety of office equipment such as spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, telephone, fax machine, photocopier, and a computer printer.
- It is desirable for the employee to possess a bachelor's degree or MBA

- Good problem solving abilities and detail-oriented
- Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
