We are looking to hire a HIGH POTENTIAL Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team of web and mobile application development experts for Bangalore location!
Job Description:
- Monitors and audits processes to evaluate implementation of various ISO and CMMi standards.
- Design the Process Flows and documents for Organization processes. Define/measure the Quality parameters.
- Provides support for all Quality planning and QMS implementation activities including assistance in preparing documentation.
- Setting quality goals for various operational areas & conducting regular quality audits, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLAs and work processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of processes and standard operating procedures within IT, identify weaknesses and assist in implementing improvements.
- Assists in establishing appropriate procedures, tools, templates and metrics for internal process compliance with QMS parameters based on internal audits and associated reports.
- Provide instruction to promote and ensure effective communication of quality concepts, project implementation and quality related activities.
- Provide the Management with weekly and monthly status reports detailing overall actual performance against targets with recommendations on continual improvement.
- Timely communicate and report quality data, issues, non-compliance, and trouble areas to Quality or Program Managers.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to achieve the objectives. Excellent communication skills focused on facilitation of meetings; ability to deliver informative, well-organized documentation and presentations and ability to effectively communicate in difficult and sensitive situations.
- Should be experienced working on global delivery models and matrix teams.
- Conduct trainings and mentor engineering teams as necessary
Desired Skills & Experience
- BE or Equivalent degree from a reputed institutes.
- 6+ years Experience in quality management and compliance standards and methodologies, including ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Six Sigma, LEAN, SEI-CMM/CMMI.
- Background and practical experience with Quality Management Systems.
- Demonstrated flexibility to adjust to changing business needs by effectively managing and prioritizing large or complex concurrent assignments.
- Service Management experience is an added advantage.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 will be preferred.
