Qualifications:

Required Skills:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronic Engineering.

- Experience: Over 10 years of experience in software development for electronic products.

- Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Agile methodologies and software lifecycle management.

- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to create and follow action plans, and driven by objectives.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with international teams, with a multicultural approach.

- Managerial Skills: Strong managerial abilities.

- English Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

- Mobile App Development: Experience with mobile app development (iOS, Android, .NET technologies).

- Testing Methods: Knowledgeable in testing methods and tools.

- Embedded Systems: Familiarity with embedded systems and electronic products.

- UX/UI Design: Experience with UX/UI design.

- Problem Solving: Ability to evaluate situations, identify options, and implement effective solutions quickly and efficiently.

- Collaboration: Highly collaborative and able to work effectively in a team-based environment.

- Security Standards: Knowledge of ISO27001 and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

- Availability: Willingness to participate in late-hour meetings when necessary.
