Software Product Manager - Renewable Energy Analytics SaaS

As a Software Product Manager, you will be part of the product management team and shall be primarily responsible for managing product management of renewable energy asset management and O&M software. You shall also be responsible for the preparation of requirement documents, Jira user stories for product development team. You will work directly with CEO, SME and customer's asset management and O&M for requirement gathering.

What you will do:

- Setting up and administering best-in-class product management practices for software product

- End to End delivery of product requirements in Atlassian tools like Confluence and Jira

- Developing an understanding of customers' business and technical pain points

- Providing a business perspective on customer value by defining, designing, accepting, and adapting features and offerings

- Driving the end-to-end feature delivery cycle

- Building and integrating new features using customer feedback

- Working with the Engineering team to successfully release features

- Monitoring trends in customer experience and specific customer needs in regions and identifying product/marketing opportunities

- Contributing to product strategy and roadmap

- Proactively communicating these roadmap features to customers

- Coordinating product release planning and development of components

- Working across teams to deliver world-class solutions

- Defining success metrics and monitoring them

- Educating sales teams to properly position the functionalities of the product in the eyes of enterprise customers

- Working with field sales teams to craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption

- Working with different teams to ensure that product experience for different languages is uniform and seamless

- Driving discussions and demos with key customer personnel as SME and sales team

What you need to have:

- Degree/ Certificate in software product management is recommended

- 5+ years of software product management experience in the B2B SaaS product company

- Experience in renewables/energy industry i.e., Solar Power, Wind Power, and Battery Energy Storage System

- Experience in analytics domain and applying the same to meet business requirements

- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

- Strong user experience and design thinking ability

- Fluency in written and oral communication skills

- Experience in tools like Jira, Confluence and Figma

- Agile framework / Scrum ceremonies knowledge

- Detail orientation and good written communication skills

- Basic structured thinking/ problem solving aptitude
