S/w Development Manager

Want to work with a American-based multinational corporation that develops the platforms required to enable the security, management and compliance of unified communications, Web and social media channels-

We are looking for high energy Managers with an entrepreneurial mindset, outstanding academic credentials, a strong record of professional accomplishment, and team leadership.

Experience : 9 years -13 years

- Excellent academic background from premium engineering college with an Engineering degree (B.E, B.Tech)

- At least 2-3 years hands on experience in leading a project from start to finish (including deployment)

- 8 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years in hands on Java development; At least 3 years in Cloud based applications; Amazon EC2 experience is a strong plus

- Must have good hands on experience in building Web based applications (using REST, Web 2.0 technologies like ext-JS, JQuery, HTML5 etc.)

Project Management Skills :

- Experience with Agile Development is a must

- At least 3-4 years of experience with estimation and work allocation/task assignments

- Must be able to assess and escalate risks on delivery; Must have had delivery responsibilities for at least 2 years

- Customer interaction and ability to negotiate and design/define application workflows to changing business requirements is a must.
