Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling our products/services.
2. Generating leads for our software solutions using tele-calling & on-site meetings
3. Helping with follow-ups and other activities to improve the conversion of leads.
4. Calling & meeting leads obtained from Digital Marketing, Webinars, etc & arranging demos for prospects with the pre-sales team.
5. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
6. Understand challenges faced by Indian SMBs & gather market feedback.
7. All activity should be updated in CRM.
