- Strong Design Capabilities following principles using C#

- Application of DDD

- Mentoring junior team members

- Building high availability solutions.Development of asynchronous and / or multi-tiered scalable applications

- Usage of Git or VSTS

- Usage of SQL and no SQL databases

- Working on solutions hosted in Cloud environments( AWS or Azure)
