About the Job:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fund Consultant to join our growing team.

- In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our fund operations, with a focus on valuation, reporting, and system maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge:

- Proven hands-on experience with Advent APX.

Valuation & Reporting:

- Work closely with the fund administrator to ensure accurate NAVs (Net Asset Values) and reports.

- Respond to all queries on reconciliation breaks from the fund administrator on a T+0 basis.

- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly valuation packs/reports on time for all accounts.

- Ensure accurate and timely delivery for DPM (Discretionary Portfolio Management) clients requiring daily reporting.

- Work on minimizing reliance on Excel for these clients.

- Create customized client reports using Excel.

- Deduct management fees and VAT for all DPM's on a quarterly basis.

- Oversee the smooth setup of new accounts and proper processes for terminated accounts.

- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Management Information (MI) reports.

- Guarantee accurate and timely delivery of Cost and Management Accounting (CMA) and regulatory reports.

- Provide inputs to the Asset Management Division (AMD) front office for fact sheet preparation.

- Prepare funds' annual reports related to Asset Management Operations (AMO) parts.

- Manage and coordinate the release of funds' financial statements.

- Prepare and submit data requests from other departments and regulators.

Front Office System Maintenance:

- Conduct daily reconciliations for mutual funds and DPM's.

- Resolve any discrepancies.

- Ensure the timely addition of new accounts in all modules of the front office system.

Other"

- Identify process gaps and suggest solutions for improvement.

- Implement strategies to streamline the existing operating model.

- Transmit trade instructions to custodians.

- Review, process, and settle all vendor/service provider invoices.

- Onboard new service providers (brokers, custodians, tax advisors, etc.

- Handle dealings and processing of tax advisors' queries, requests, and required authorizations.

- Participate in special projects and improvement initiatives.

- Perform unitholder-related transactions.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience in fund operations, with a strong understanding of valuation and reporting processes.

- Proficiency in Advent APX and advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally for business
