Job Responsibility :

Responsibilities :

Product Knowledge : Candidate should have hand on experience in Advent APX

Valuation & Reporting :

1. Work closely with the fund admin to ensure accurate NAVs / reports.

2. Ensure responding to all queries on recon breaks from the fund admin on a T+0 basis.

3. Ensure Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly valuation packs / reports are delivered on time for all accounts.

4. Ensure accurate & timely delivery for DPM clients requiring Daily reporting and work on minimizing dependency on excel for those DPM clients.

5. Customized client reporting using Excel.

6. Deduct management fees & VAT for all DPMs on a quarterly basis.

7. Ensure smooth setup of New accounts and proper processes followed for Terminated accounts.

8. Ensure accurate and timely MI reporting.

9. Ensure accurate and timely CMA / Regulatory reporting.

10. Provide inputs to AMD front office for fact sheet preparation.

11. Prepare funds' Annual Reports related to AMO parts.

12. Manage and coordinate the release of Funds' Financial Statements.

13. Prepare and submit data requests of other departments and regulators.

Front office system maintenance :

1. Conduct required daily reconciliation for Mutual Funds & DPMs. Resolve breaks

2. Ensure new accounts are added in a timely manner in all modules

Other :

1. Identify any process gaps and suggest solutions to remediate them.

2. Improve and streamline the existing operating model wherever possible.

3. Send trade instructions to custodians.

4. Review, processing & settlement of all vendor/service provider invoices.

5. Onboarding of new service providers e.g. Brokers, Custodians, Tax Advisors.

6. Dealings and processing of tax advisors' queries and requests/required authorizations.

7. Able to work on special projects and/or improvement initiatives.

8. Perform unitholder related transactions.

Requirements and skills :

- Proven experience in fund operations, with a strong understanding of valuation and reporting processes.

- Proficiency in Advent APX and advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel offshore occasionally for business.
