Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - PMO to lead project management initiatives, resource planning, financial oversight, and governance processes.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, proven leadership abilities, and expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead project development, planning, and execution to ensure timely delivery.

- Resource Management: Forecast resource needs, identify gaps, and develop comprehensive resource plans.

- Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, conduct financial analysis, and generate detailed financial reports.

- Governance: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, defining roles, responsibilities, and accountability measures.

- Risk Management: Proactively identify and address project risks and potential delays.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams to align objectives.

- Team Management: Recruit, manage, and develop PMO resources; mentor and support project managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with significant expertise in project management and process consultancy.

- Proven track record of managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
