Softbank Energy - Contract Manager

Primary Responsibility :

- Manager Contract shall be responsible for management of Contract including management of contractual obligations of Company under RFS/PPA and that of EPCs and O&M Contractors.

- The person shall understand the contractual provisions and draft notices to EPCs and O&M Contractors.

- He/she should be well-organized and preferably conversant with renewable technology and design, project management, EPC /O&M working methodologies, legal requirements in India.

Manager Contract is expected to :

- Management of contract post-award of Contract toEPCs and O&M Contractors. Work in collaboration with different functional teams like design, execution, quality for material planning teams to understand project timelines, related constraints, and fulfillment of Companies obligation and monitoring of EPCs and O&M Contractors obligations.

- Review of RFS/PPA's and carry out the risk analysis and ensure compliance to contractual obligations of Company under RFS/PPA.

- Contractual communication withEPCs and O&M Contractors.

- Ensure proper documentation of all the communication exchanged with EPCs and O&M Contractors.

- Co-ordination with legal counsels.

Skills Required :

Professional/Education : 8+ plus years in commercial roles / contract/ supply chain, ideally in a project driven organization

Technical/Analytical :

- Strong Analytical skills.

- Proficiency in MS office.

- Advanced communication skills ( verbal and written).

Interpersonal/communication :

- Fluent in English (verbal and Written).

- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong Negotiation skills.

- Results oriented and self driven.

- Able to get buy -in and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly.
