Soft Skill Trainer
Duties & Responsibilities :
Primary Role :
- Identify training needs of client organizations
- Devise and develop customized training material for clients on a need basis
- Conduct training / coaching programs (including pre & post activities) as per the proposed calendar in respective locations in India/ outside of India
Secondary Role :
During Non-Training Days :
- Follow-up with clients post training to validate and support learning application and develop continuity of business
- Assist the ID team in developing, modifying, revising and updating the content for existing knowledge bricks and/or participate in various activities for new content development
- Engage and partner effectively with the Business Development & Corporate Communication team in Sales & Marketing activities
Academic Preferred : MBA / B.E / Post Graduate in Psychology or Any discipline
- Certified trainer in Sales/ Leadership is preferred
- Certified trainer in any one or more areas of Behavioral Skills is preferred
