Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sofftix Technology Pvt. Ltd. is the software division of Caper Travels that has spent more than 3 years in research and development and designing complete B2B2B travel solutions for international and national travel agents across the globe.
- Softtix offers the travel business software for travel agents to manage their bookings and inventories.
- Your primary focus is to drive sales directly / indirectly, plus with our partners to create and implement on-going marketing and sales programs achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives within the assigned geography. The core focus being Travel Agency, that are categorised in 3 premium segments Premium/Establish/Medium Sized.
Job Description :
- Identify & drive new business by cross selling the product Formula Uno ERP B2B2B solution, through excellent understanding & Research Develop and execute strategy and tactics within the travel space as per the business requirements.
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan in conjunction with all sales departments to push product USP.
- Achieve both the quarterly and annual sales goals as detailed in the annual compensation plan.
- To sell the Travel ERP solution to Travel agents
- To sell Travel Technology - Online Booking Engine-B2B, B2C & B2B2B Travel Solutions
- Lead Generation- Participating in the travel events, Marketing Activities (Emailer, Online Promotion), Through Online Market place
- Presentation & Product Demo - Corporate Presentation & Product Demo
- Provide inputs to the product team on the customer and market requirements.
Requirement :
- Master's degree in Sales and Marketing, Individuals handling sales in Reputed Travel Companies would be highly preferred. Should have excellent technical background.
- Minimum 5/7 years experience in the business development & Sales, Distribution and marketing of IT product and solutions primarily the Travel technology
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in teams and be flexible within a dynamic environment.
