Job Title: Transition Manager

Reports To: Transition Head

Work Location: Malad (West), Mumbai, Sector – 58, Noida and Kodambakkam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for transitioning new clients won by Sodexo India

- Responsible for managing new business won with existing large clients

- Responsible for ensuring Transition function at Sodexo is acknowledged as industry leader in Project Management practices by clients, peers and internal stakeholders

Key Tasks:

- Interact with various stakeholders

- Project Plan

- Ensure Operations get running and smooth site in terms of Manpoer, Process, Infrastructure, Offer Deployment

- Organising weekly Governance call with internal and external stake holder

- Risk management and mitigation

Key Result Areas

- Responsible for ensuring profitable organic and inorganic growth

- Ensure profitability of new clients in line with P&L

- Ensure all transitions are delivered:

a. on-time

b. In-budget

c. In-scope

- Actively monitor site quality scores

- Sign off and handover

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- 8-12 years of successful Project Management experience.

- PMP or related certification is a must.

- Experience of managing transitions in IT/ITES industry is desirable

- Exposure to areas like Food services, housekeeping, Security, Technical services, etc is good to have

- Capable to develop motivation and to get buy in around proposals

- Flexible, innovative, hard-working and detail-oriented

- Excellent client relationship management skills

- Good interpersonal & communication skills

- Excel

- Financial Skills (Budget and cost management)
