Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Analytics

Reports To: Assistant Vice President – Strategy

Work Location: Malad (West), Mumbai

Annual CTC Range: 10.00 Lacs – 15.00 Lacs

Role Purpose: Drive Sodexo India’s Business Intelligence initiatives. Responsible for driving implementation of Sodexo India’s BI tool and working with senior management on tools, dashboards and analytics to build KPIs and insights

Responsibilities

- Responsible for preparing & reviewing the Organizational Management Reporting process

- Engage with Business Units across the company as well as Subject Matter Experts across all of the Functions (QHSE, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales & IS&T)

- Work on analytics for Department Heads to create dashboards and KPIs

- Lead the BI initiatives and implementation by motivating and directing the project team

- Work with Sodexo’s BI partner to keep the BI tool up to date

- Develop additional reports on the BI platform as the business evolves

- Work on short term projects with senior business leaders using project management skills and analytical
abilities

- Drive Governance across the organization with agreed set of stakeholders

Desired Profile

- Management degree from a Tier-1 B-School with an Engineering background In Computers preferably

- Self-starter, resilient. Well-organized, ability to prioritize, and meet tight deadlines

- PMP certified

- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills

- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and excellent problem solving skills

- Working experience of 2 years or more between engineering and MBA or post MBA

- Work experience in project managing a business project delivering value to operations
