Job Title: Senior Manager - Workforce Planning & Deployment
Reports To: Assistant Vice President - Human Resources
Work Location: Sector - 58, Noida
Position Purpose: Lead a team of recruiters in the region with a purpose to deliver required manpower at the right price and right time.
Role Description:
- Build sourcing strategy plan for manpower deployment on quarterly & monthly basis
- Drive & execute the Corporate Strategic interventions on recruitment in the region
- Analyse recruitment & attrition trends in the region and recommend actions
- Source, hire and close positions as per specification within the stipulated time maintaining the optimum cost of hiring
- Drive & execute the Corporate Strategic interventions on recruitment in the region
- Ensure complete adherence to process and policies of the organisation
- Maintain all required statutory compliances while completing recruitment process
- Manage a team of recruiters perform at optimum level
- Develop the team of recruiters in aspects of recruitment processes - sourcing, interviewing, offer closure, people and stakeholder management
- Maintain the database of all profiles received and processed on shared drive
- Ensure timely preparation of regional MIS and sharing database and reports as mandated within agreed SLA with 100% accuracy and completeness
- Manage internal and external stakeholders in line with best professional practices and ethics

Qualification:
- Graduate under 10+2+3 scheme
- 12 - 15 years of relevant work experience out of which: at least 3 years in leading a team of minimum 4 employees
- Bulk recruitment in the range of 200 - 400 per month
- Post Graduation Certification/Degree/Diploma in HR would be an added advantage
