KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Drive initiatives & programs to engage with the end consumer through various marketing avenues, to ensure higher opt-ins and activation of the product offerings of Sodexo BRS India.
- Deliver on the objectives laid out basis the consumer marketing strategy
- Build brand preference and create a consumer value proposition for Sodexo's meal benefit services in India
- Research on consumer behavior & pattern of spending
- Drive Influencer marketing initiatives
- Drive strong brand cognizance through content aligned for diverse consumer groups
- Curate partnerships with aligned channel partners & offerings to the consumers to aid revenue growth..
- Grow the adoption rate of Sodexo's meal benefit services
- Analyze needs of clients and design communication programs
- Work with the sales & affiliate teams to drive business growth
- Competition and market Analysis
- Create long-term affinity for the brand by way of consumer loyalty
- Manage the consumer mobile app (Sodexo-Zeta)
DESIRED PROFILE :
- At least 4+ years- experience in Marketing, which includes brand management preferably
- Experience in the B2B service industry in a marketing role would be an added advantage
- Ability to conceptualize solutions for the different segment needs that exist in the market
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills and should be able to work with cross functional teams
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS office and dealing with communication agencies
- Proficient in Digital & social media
