Job Title: National Account Director
Work Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Vice President
Position Purpose:
- The Key Account Director is responsible for the facilitation and performance of all our contracts with Client covering catering, soft and hard services throughout the Client portfolio in India, and for interfacing with senior clients at country level.
Role Description:
- Manage the Client contracts and will ensure its performance and compliance.
- Single point of contact with your counterparts in the clients organisation.
- Actively lead clients, site meetings and governance reviews, and ensure the implementation of the decisions taken.
- Interface with the country managers to ensure proper resource allocation, efficient roll out and performance.
- Report results for the account in the country.
- Provide a large portfolio of facilities management services including soft, hard & catering services.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovations in your region
- Oversee that agreed operational processes are globally implemented and followed.
- Part of specific global projects with the aim of streamlining and improving the account performance
