Key Responsibilities:
- To design and manage the product roadmap. Drive cross-functional projects to develop product features
- To manage specific client level requirements on the product front
- To create and execute brand communication campaigns, build & strengthen the brand's equity over a period of time and drive awareness & purchase intent for the brand.
- To develop marketing campaigns to deliver on business objectives and work collaboratively with diversified teams to create & manage integrated marketing strategies.
- To understand the needs of the Customer and design innovative plans to meet those expectations of cli-ents and consumers.
- Develop & run specific digital campaigns for clients, merchants and consumers
- Generate client leads and feed them into the CRM funnel
- Work with the sales & affiliate teams to drive business growth
- Competition and market Analysis
- Anchor key long-term initiatives for Sodexo in India
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Marketing from a good business school
- The person should have a working experience at least 2-4 years in marketing which includes brand and product management.
- An experience in a service B2B industry is a plus
- The person should be able to conceptualise solutions for the different segment needs that exist in the mar-ket
- The person should be dynamic, analytic and able to work in autonomy
- The person should have good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing is preferable.
