Manager - Branding & Communication
Aim of the Role : Manage & implement communication, social media & PR for Sodexo BRS Brand in India.
Key Responsibilities :- Build brand preference for Sodexo in India
- Grow the adoption rate of Sodexo solutions
- Analyse needs of clients and design communication programs
- Work with the sales & merchants teams to drive business growth
- Competition and market Analysis
- Launch new solutions & offerings in the market from a brand and communication perspective
- Manage one of the key digital initiatives for Sodexo in India
- Managing the Social Media presence from an engagement and SOV standpoint
- Supporting the online reputation management interventions from a Communication & Brand standpoint
- Support internal communication actions for the Company
- Manage PR for the brand
Desired Profile :- MBA in Marketing from a good business school
- The person should have at least 4-6 years' experience in Marketing, which includes brand management & digital
- Experience in the B2B service industry in sales/ marketing role would be an added advantage
- The person should be able to conceptualize solutions for the different segment needs that exist in the market
- The person should have good interpersonal skills and should be able to work with cross functional teams
- Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills
- Sound Power point knowledge is a must
- Ability to work independently as well as part of team
- Knowledge of working with various agencies is a must have
