Purpose:

Drive strategic initiatives and projects as well as work on various marketing activities such as branding, merchant communication, offer and promotion management for the merchant relations team. Analyze business data to support strategic decision making and business as usual metrics and reporting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement new business ideas and strategic initiatives


- Develop detailed business case, evaluate solution feasibility, partner evaluation, manage end to end implementation

- Manage merchant marketing and branding - Brochures, Handbooks, branding at store front etc. ensuring adequate Sodexo brand visibility

- Focus on improving adoption of merchant facing self -help applications

- Improving consumer and merchant experience by strategically expanding Sodexo's merchant network, launching user-friendly outlet locator app, monitoring and improving the health of existing merchant network

- Enabling data-driven business decisions - data and trend analysis, business intelligence (familiar with Power BI)

- Apply analysis of payment trends, market opportunities, consumer behaviour to partnership marketing and plan in order to make strategic recommendations on future business direction

- Manage the allocated budget for partnership/ marketing activities and ensure all activities are performed within parameters fully and on time in accordance with the policies and requirements.

- Establish strong partnerships with internal (local marketing team and cross-functional teams) & external (agencies, partners, merchants) teams to assist in the delivery of joint campaigns, which will add value to our offerings and create profitable business opportunities.

Desired Profile:

- Master's degree in business or a related field with a marketing foundation

- 10-12 years of significant experience in marketing. 5-7 years in a role related to partnership marketing programs and activities realization in Payments/ Fintech industry would be advantageous.

- Experience of using data analytics tool such as Power BI, will be an added advantage.

- Innovative and creative thinker with a track record of delivery and ability to manage several projects concurrently and see them through from conception to conclusion

- Must be strong team player, able to work on multitask projects and in a multi-functional team

- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, hands-on, growth orientated work environment, must be adaptive to change

- Must be self-confident and able to think on their feet

- Strong personal motivation and commitment

- Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative

- Must be responsive and sociable
