Head - Talent Management & HR Business Partner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategy Formulation : - Assist the VP -HR while formulating the local HR Strategy. Brainstorm and come up with various activities. Aligning and initiating activities that are in-line with the HR Strategy
- To bring change by introducing innovative or best industry practices: To think out of the box, conceptualize, create awareness through communication and take up with the relevant stake holders to the next level.

Policy & Processes : Reviewing and Benchmarking HR policies and processes as per the need

Employee Engagement : - Assist in designing the HR Action Plan keeping in view feedback received from employees through 1-1, FGDs, Engagement Survey results and from various stakeholders
- Leading the GPTW (Great Place to Work) initiative and action planning change initiatives to achieve the certification for BRS India, as discussed and agreed with the management.
- Organize various engagement activities, workshops, awareness sessions within the Country.
- Reward & Recognition Program : Spearheading the employee R&R program. Promote and reinforce the cul-ture of rewarding and recognizing the right behaviors. Identify and design appropriate tools for rewarding and recognizing employees.
- To provide aid to the organization to bring in structural changes by conducting anonymous surveys (GPTW / others) of employees from various locations and levels and providing analysis to the Management of the same, as required from time to time.

Talent Management : - To lead the Hi-Pot identification process and Succession Planning process.
- Collaborate with business heads for the Talent Review Process
- Design and manage a development and mentoring plan for all Hi-Potentials
- Performance Management: Conduct various workshops for PAN India employees, provide deep understanding on various processes, guidelines for promotions etc.

Performance Management - Work with managers / business heads on the the performance improvement process / plan for employees that are rated as needs development.

HR Business Partnering : - Build a strong rapport with the leaders within the organization and collaborate on the people agenda for the assigned business units.
- Be a trusted partner and work closely with COEs on people issues
- Anticipate and highlight talent concerns ahead of time and work towards mitigating talent oriented risks
- Employee Relations :
- Managing grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations and performance improvement programs in lines with the policy guidelines.
- HR Analytics :
- Collaborate with Finance on various HR Engagement Budgets and Annual Budget Planning exercise and monitor spends against the budget.
- Managing data reporting and interpretation for HR metrics
- Managing voluminous data w.r.t to Headcount, performance evaluation, attrition
- Publishing periodic data reports, dashboards & metrics
- Assistance with data conversion and interfacing activities
- Strong technical knowledge of Data Analytics / analytical bent of mind

Internal Communications, Branding and Employee Connect : - Communicating with employees at various hierarchies and building the level of confidence amongst them such that they do not hesitate to approach HR in case of any concerns. To give a patient ear to employee's grievance and respond in the most constructive way, advice employees in the most suitable manner.
- Managing CEO townhalls and other internal communications
- Working with Marketing team on External Communications, aimed to strengthen our brand as a preferred employer by leveraging social media. Work on content creation and participate in various external awards for HR.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :- Post-graduate / Master's in Business Administration (MBA) specialization in Human Resources with 12-15 years of HR experience and experience on managing the Talent Management Process
- Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices
- Should be abreast with latest HR trends, best industry practices etc.
- Should consider HR as a strategic partner, have a positive attitude and have a keen interest to bring in positive changes
- Should have an ability to think out of the box, conceptualize, get the buy in of all relevant stakeholders and implement initiatives
- Excellent Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Should be articulate
- Should have excellent organizing, planning and analytical skills
- Should be proficient in MS Office Excel, Power Point, Word
- Should be a good team player
- Well versed with latest tools used for data analytics like Power BI etc will be an added advantage
