- Head and live L&D vision & strategy to the company strategy thus supporting achievement of business goals
- Work with the T&D Team to translate the T&D Mission into effective plans and schedules
- Culture Development –Programs to align Sodexo Leadership and the Organization to Company values and Ethical principles through behavioral interventions
- Manage Change through the year as the Business scenario changes
- Update on a Monthly / Quarterly / Annual basis, the progress vs plan. Work in tandem with the T&D team in Reviews to update and highlight the impact of T&D and vice versa.
- Build and own an effective schedule of resources (people, travel, materials etc) necessary to deliver the calendar. Update as and when required.
- Build the budget and forecast necessary to deliver the plan, challenging to make sure activities are done to the right standard in the most cost-effective way possible. Monitor spends against the budget for variances and align actions when necessary.
- Custodian of the Learning Policies and Processes including regular revision and updating
- Manage the audit process and ensure all work instructions are up to date and being followed
- Manage the functioning of Sodexo Academy for Culinary Skills Training
- Build customized training plans and implement them across all levels (Induction & Orientation, Process training, Awareness sessions, Training specific to the Sodexo way, Culture Building, Competency based training, e-learning etc)
- Sodexo On boarding and Job Ready Training
- Leadership Development and Learning for Successors/Hi-pots
- Individual Development Plans for key Talent and Succession planning for key leadership positions. Manage the succession plans and the leadership development process
- Select and Manage Consultants and Outsourcing of training when needed, Leverage through partnerships with training institutes and organizations
- Design and manage the Campus Program (Management Trainees & Interns)
- Work with the Business Development/Ops team to present training strategy during RFP meetings
- Design customized learning paths for the key teams – viz, Sales team to ensure understanding of the Organizations’ strategy, positioning and business thus leading to better business growth opportunities
